6 more sleeps, photo shoot and a private case

 Today is one day closer....

I know.

I have already said that but it's true.

I cannot wait to leave now and stop running around.

I worked in the shop at WITCH AND WILLOW AT WARNERS BAY until about 3pm.

I have to thank Kellie so much - we are facing a lot of costs involved with my husbands health issues and are really in a bad spot financially so when she offered me two days a week I grabbed it with much gratefulness.

I am hoping that at some point this year I can really get onto another level financially as it's been really tough for us.

Then after work I went straight to NEWCASTLE LIVE RADIO studio for a photo shoot as they have changed their branding and are now really starting to promote the radio station.

Everyone in the studio was getting head shots, not just us, and it was a lot of fun. I do absolutely hate having my photograph taken. I have never really liked being in front of the camera, but I chose this road so now I have to pull on my big girl panties and feel ok about being out of my comfort zone.

Anne, on the other hand, is a natural.

That took us to about 5pm and we jumped in our cars to get home and change and head out again to a private case we are dealing with which is turning out to be rather interesting. This one involves things happening in the house that are really very, very strange and after today's visit I cannot put my finger on what is going on.

This is one that has really intrigued me and I need more time to look into this one. The strange phenomena are similar to poltergeist type stuff and I will definitely be getting into this case more. Anne and I have told the family to journal what is happening and when so we can look at each incident more closely.

Then on the way home we went through KFC drive through and the young server went nuts when he saw us. It was a fan - girl moment with him screaming OH, MY GOD... ITS ANNE AND RENATA!

He asked for a selfie which of course he got and we fussed over him.

Bless him - I think we giggled at that for half the trip home.

This was my day.

Tomorrow is a little simpler and I will hopefully get some packing done.

To those who support me:

Lemon Tree Passage Ghost - Local legend is alive and well

Lemon Tree Passage  is a suburb of the Port Stephens local government area in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia, located at the end of the Tilligerry Peninsula and surrounded by the waters of beautiful Port Stephens .  Ever since I can remember there have been a few urban legends about a stretch of highway named Lemon Tree Passage Road. The story begins when a motor bike rider and his pillion passenger died after colliding with a four wheel drive killing both. This seems to be the source of the ghostly lights and apparition. These sort of events don't stay quiet in small townships. Stories spread fast often not ending up like they started. Every so often this urban legend makes a comeback with a number to people tempting fate and poking the ghost rider.             A memorial to Dale Dickens on the Lemon Tree Passage Road / Pic: Robert Mckell Source:The Daily Telegraph The  Lemon Tree Passage ghost  f...

The Haunted History of the Hydro Majestic Hotel: Ghosts in the Mist of the Blue Mountains

Perched on a cliff’s edge at Medlow Bath with sweeping views of the Megalong Valley, the Hydro Majestic Hotel stands as a jewel of Edwardian architecture—and a hotspot for paranormal activity. Known for its luxurious past and distinctive Art Deco charm, this grand hotel also harbours chilling tales of tragic deaths, spectral figures, and eerie encounters that have become part of Blue Mountains folklore. A Brief History of the Hydro Majestic Established in 1904 by retail tycoon Mark Foy, the Hydro Majestic was originally designed as a hydropathic retreat, offering mineral water therapies and strict diets in the European spa tradition. Foy imported marble, mirrors, and even a dome from Chicago, installing them in the now-famous Casino Lobby and Grand Dining Room. Over the decades, the hotel transitioned into a glamorous high-society getaway, hosting politicians, socialites, and international performers. But beneath the glitz, strange events whispered through the hallways—events th...
